Europe’s finest import, Sasha Bonilova, is enchanting as Playboy’s Playmate of the Month in the magazine’s May issue, with additional photos available on Playboy.com.

After moving to the United States from western Ukraine when she was 17, Sasha started to study toward an interior design degree at Chicago-based Harrington College of Design. “I’ll probably start by suggesting you paint your rooms a new color,” says the voluptuous blonde of critiquing home interior. “Design is my passion.”

Interior design isn’t Sasha’s only talent. She speaks five languages and races her Yamaha sports bike, which is painted yellow and blue after the Ukrainian flag. “Even though I studied dance and guitar, I was pretty much a tomboy,” she says of her childhood.

For Sasha, being named Playmate of the Month has been a dream come true. In pursuit of a modeling career a year ago, she flew from the Midwest to Denver to attend a Playboy Casting Call where she was discovered and soon became Miss May. “I feel blessed to live in the United States because it truly is a country of opportunities. You can be anyone you want to be here if you have the talent and will to follow your dreams,” she says.
